From drawing to finished part

Drawing
You send us a drawing or 3D data. We check feasibility, tolerances and material – and prepare a quote.

Raw material
The right semi-finished material is prepared – from aluminium block to stainless steel bar.
- 03
Machining
Your part is produced on modern CNC milling and turning machines – from prototype to series.
- 04
Surface
Anodising, electroplating, blasting, polishing or hardening: we coordinate the finishing.
- 05
Marking
Serial numbers, scales or logos are permanently applied by laser.
- 06
Inspection & delivery
Dimensional inspection to drawing, assembly on request – then ready to install at your site.
