Precision laser deflection holder
Development and manufacture of a precision holder for a laser measuring system, because the design of the standard system was unfavourable for integration at the end customer. Thanks to the high-precision beam deflection, the measuring system was integrated several times without problems. At the customer's request, the precision mirror was enclosed in BOROFLOAT® special glass for protection.
Virtual lathe for CAM simulation
For CAM use, a lathe and its working area were modelled true to dimension in order to detect collisions and program errors in the simulation. All axes and spindles move as in the original and are simulated by the CAM software.
